All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
If a cancellation occurs due to inclement weather, ASBA will credit your time for the next available opening. If the team or group cancels time for any reason, that time is lost and will not be credited.
ASBA prides itself in the upkeep and overall experience of every customer and requests your respect and understanding so that we can continue to serve you and others with complete customer care, with that, ASBA asks that you abide by simple code of conduct including the following:
- Please follow the scheduled rental start to rental ending times for your team/organization. ASBA wants to assure that all ASBA Customers are receiving their complete contracted times.
- Please do not enter the field/tunnel areas till it is your scheduled rental time.
- Make sure the previous renter has exited the training area to alleviate any congestion in the walkways.
- Please be courteous of the next renter and keep an eye on the time so that everyone is granted the time they have scheduled.
- The proper use of equipment is imperative to a safe training environment for all customers and is of the utmost importance to ASBA. We ask that any rented/used space be returned to its proper state, including balls, screens, bases, etc., once contracted time is completed.
- ASBA asks that you adhere to all posted signage including the prohibited use of tobacco, chewing gum or sunflower seeds.
- If a problem should arise, please find an ASBA Representative to assist you in the matter.
