| A. Rules |

a. All cancellations require 24 hours notice. |

b. All students/rentals must check in at the front desk before the start of the lesson/rental. |
| |
c. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you receive the full duration of your lesson/rental. |

d. Lessons are valid from September of the year purchased to June of the following year. |
| B. Payment & Refunds |
| |
a. All lessons must be paid for in full; no lesson by lesson payment is allowed. |
| |
b. Lessons/Rentals will not be entered into the computer until payment is received. |
| |
c. Credit from lessons/rentals/programs/camps will remain as a credit within ASBA; no refunds are given. |
| |
d. Please make all checks payable to All-Star Baseball Academy. |
